Once all the ingredients have been added and mixed, cover the bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
Strawberry granita is easy to whip up as well. It is basically an Italian frozen iced dessert. You will freeze the granita for about five minutes while simultaneously stirring until your dish looks like ice crystals. You will need 2 pounds of ripe strawberries halved, 1/3 cup of white sugar, one cup of water, ½ teaspoon of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
