Study Information

For this study, we are searching for women ages 16-40 who spend 8+ hours per week with a child 5 years old or younger.

Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is a common virus that affects people of all ages; however, a healthy person's immune system typically keeps the virus from causing illness. In the United States, congenital CMV is the most common infectious cause of health problems at birth, affecting 1 in every 200 babies.
